Questions and Information we request.

At Photo Booths Newcastle, we don’t just show up; we curate. To ensure our team can provide the seamless, invisible service we are known for, we look beyond the date on the calendar. We look for the soul of the event.

When you join our 2026 calendar, we dive into the details that define the atmosphere. Here is how we prepare for your legacy:

The Architecture of the Space

We begin with the logistics of the location. Where is the heart of the party? Is the location an open-air coastal terrace or a hidden upstairs loft? Understanding the journey—even down to the presence of stairs—allows our team to arrive and set the stage with absolute discretion and zero disruption. Stairs can dictate which booth is easier to carry or navigate stairs/lifts. Stairs or a tricky location means we just need to give ourselves extra time to setup. Letting us know in advance means we can ensure set up is ready prior to your event starting.

The Rhythm of the Evening

Start times are more than just a clock-out; they are about the flow of your narrative. We synchronize our presence with your formal entrance or the moment the dance floor ignites, ensuring the transition is felt, but not seen.

The Curation of the Aesthetic

Your wedding has a language—be it "Black Tie" elegance or "Coastal Chic." We ask about your dress code and theme so our team and our props speak that same language.

  • For the young at heart: We specifically ask if children will be in attendance. If so, we cater a selection of props designed for smaller hands/faces and bigger imaginations, ensuring the magic is accessible to every generation.
  • The Backdrop: Your choice of canvas. Whether it’s a minimalist texture or a lush floral wall, it is the foundation of every memory we capture.

The Archive of Memories

Beyond the digital, do you wish for a tactile legacy? Our Leather-Bound Guest Books are for those who value the handwritten word alongside the image. Furthermore, we discuss the Online Gallery: do you wish for it to be a shared experience for all guests, or a private collection for your eyes only?

Respecting the Frame

In a digital age, privacy is the ultimate luxury. We ask about Social Media Reels and privacy concerns not just for marketing, but out of professional care for your guests. We only share the magic when we know the sanctuary is respected.

Meticulous craft. Intentional care. Infinite memories.

Kissing photo booths are small enclosed private booths with seats for 2-3 people behind curtains with a touch screen with a count down saying cheese and a camera. The touch screen allows a large full view of the pose in privacy. An enclosed Kissing photo booth, is a stand-alone enclosure, with a bench seat.
