Earlier this year, I attended a wedding at Caves Beach that changed everything for me. Among all the planning, styling, and details, one unexpected highlight stood out: the photo booth . It didn’t matter whether it was kids, grandparents, or the bridal party — everyone got involved. The laughter, the posing, the genuine fun…it was contagious.

By the end of the night, I turned to my partner and said, “We need to buy this business.” And not long after, that’s exactly what we did.

On average, the cost is around $250 per hour and a minimum booking of 90 minutes depending on the kind of event and the number of hours, along with the features of the photo booth.

Across the board, on-average, a photo booth booking is about $250 per hour, and most will have a minimum of 1.5 hours for the hire , to help you decide on your programme a camera will do about 25 interactions per hour ,you cant go any faster than the camera or the printer.

What is a Kissing Booth?

A kissing photo booth is small enclosed private photo booth.

Kissing photo booths are small enclosed private booths with seats for 2-3 people behind curtains with a touch screen with a count down saying cheese and a camera.

The touch screen allows a large full view of the pose in privacy.

An enclosed Kissing photo booth, is a stand-alone enclosure, with a bench seat.

It provides the benefit to get up close and romantic.

An open-air photo booth is a stand alone , with a camera and a touchscreen that takes a picture of people, usually against a backdrop.

It’s set up out in the open, so guests at the party can see all of the action going on in the photo booth.

This creates more excitement for the guests, and has a secondary benefit of large groups of 10 -20 people in the shot of FUN.
